I like the visual of a sales person following in parallel with a potential customer on their digital journey. I hadn't heard that before.

It seems that a lot of the start up SaaS companies rely on cold calling. It comes up a lot with new reps on Reddit. What are your thoughts on that practice?

I am not a believer in cold calling today, there is just so many more ways to make a semi-warm call today and track the customer. Example: we do email campaigns to our opt-in base in Hubspot, can see when someone opens an email, and when they engage with our content. That is when an outbound caller can initiate contact and have a much higher success rate.
